These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods and services by Freccia Brussa Srl (“Seller”) to its customers (“Buyer”).
1. Orders
Orders become binding when confirmed in writing or by email by the Seller.
2. Prices
Prices are in EUR, USD, AED and exclude taxes, duties, and delivery charges.
3. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimated and not binding. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by third parties.
4. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms agreed in the invoice. Late payments may incur interest under Italian law.
5. Warranty & Liability
The Seller warrants that products supplied comply with the agreed specifications. Liability is limited to product replacement or refund.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brescia, Italy.
